Roatan, Honduras is a hidden gem because it can be SUPER EXPENSIVE to get to. Check out these fares on American Airlines from 16,000 miles roundtrip. Some of these same flights start at $630 roundtrip, so using points makes this a steal. Deals are available from January - May.
